2. To have licenced and experienced staff to complete our projects and maintain our business standards.

3. To have a continual training program for staff and management to enhance our business performance.

5. All staff employed by Caruana Holdings Pty Ltd are to always be environmentally aware.

6. All staff must maintain a safety awareness strategy, and comply with the workplace health and safety standards at all times.

7. To achieve these objectives it is the policy of Caruana Holdings Pty Ltd to establish and maintain an effective and efficient quality system.

Workplace Health And Safety Policy

Caruana Holdings Pty Ltd is committed to providing a healthy and safe work place for all employees, sub-contractors and visitors. Resources will be made available to comply with the appropriate legislation, standards and codes of practice and industry standards to protect the health and safety of all employees, subcontractors and the public.

Caruana Holdings Pty Ltd will continue to address accident prevention, hazard control and training priorities as health, safety and welfare is an integral part of production.

Environmental Policy Statement

Caruana Holdings Pty Ltd is committed to promoting and maintaining responsible environmental practices for the benefit of our employees, clients and the communities that we operate in.

It is our policy to:

1. Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards and where there are policies that do not adequately protect the environment, we will implement our own plan for the protection of the environment.

2. We will apply standards that will minimise any negative environmental impacts from our operations. We will endeavour to leave a site in good condition.

3. Communicate openly with government organisations, cultural heritage organizations and the community on environmental issues relating to our operations.

4. Ensure that employees, contractors and suppliers adhere to our company policy and are aware of their environmental responsibilities in relation to our work place.

5. As an employer we will endeavour to provide, inform and train all our employees, to prevent any environmental damage to the work place and to encourage respect for the environment in all situations.
