Our company has gained recognition in the Civil Construction and Mining
Industry for our ability to perform rockbolting and ground support work
at heights. This has given us an excellent reputation in performing
difficult to access jobs.
Apart from our vast
experience in this type of work, our greatest asset is our excavator
mounted hydraulic drill rigs which enable us to effortlessly reach up to
10m high and drill horizontal holes for the installation of rock bolts
or for the provision of drainage holes.
We have a drill mounted in
a crane basket that can perform drilling at heights over 10m.
We also have the equipment for hand drilling. Some projects have been
performed with hand drills from cranes, man baskets and scaffolding.
Our employees are trained in working at heights and some possess
Industrial Abseiling Tickets to enable us to perform work in some
difficult to access sites.
We
have a fully-equipped engineering workshop and we are always ready
to adapt or modify special drilling equipment to perform any project
that can't be achieved by our existing equipment.
As well as Embankment
Stabilisation we have performed many rockbolting projects for building
foundations, electricity towers, poles and radio-transmitting towers.
Design:
At present we do not provide an in-house design service but we can
recommend a number of geotechnical engineers throughout Australia who
can assist with the design of your ground support requirements.
